Email Template Design

To support Zembl's email marketing efforts, we developed a comprehensive modular design system in Figma.

This system was designed to provide a consistent and scalable approach to email design, allowing for easy updates and customisations by the marketing team with no real design experience.

The modular nature of the design system ensures that Zembl can maintain brand consistency across all email communications while adapting to future needs with minimal effort.

We helped Zembl design and implement their first three email sales customer journeys, aptly named "Dating," "Marriage," and "Renew Vows." These journeys align with different stages of the customer lifecycle, enhancing engagement and retention. Each journey was carefully planned to provide a seamless experience from initial contact through ongoing relationship-building and renewal.
